Each session is tailored to the horse’s current physical presentation and comfort level. Techniques are applied gently, with depth and pacing guided by the horse’s responses.
Sessions may incorporate soft-tissue techniques, myofascial work, acupressure-informed approaches, craniosacral-style techniques, and lymphatic support, as appropriate, to support comfort, mobility, and relaxation.

In some cases, gentle bodywork for the rider may be offered as a supportive addition to equine sessions. This work is intended to help riders develop greater awareness, ease, and connection, which may positively influence how they move with and support their horses.
Rider bodywork is offered selectively and by request. It is not a substitute for ongoing massage therapy or medical care. All equine sessions remain horse-centered, and rider support is provided only when appropriate and aligned with the needs of the horse–human partnership.
For questions about rider support, please feel free to inquire directly.
